Position 1 | 3D Medical Visual Designer
We are not a dull medical software company. We are a cross-disciplinary team made up of top clinicians, geeky engineers, and artists. Our mission is to transform complex and hard-to-understand medical imaging—such as brain nerves, blood vessels, and tumors—into intuitive, immersive, and even artistically inspiring 3D interactive experiences.

You don’t need to be a Blender master or a Unity expert on day one—but you must have:
A strong desire to learn: Embrace AI. With tutorials and time provided, you’re willing to sit down and dive deep.
Ideas and the courage to speak up: You’re not here to be just a tool—you’re eager to brainstorm with doctors and engineers and breathe new life into products.
A solid aesthetic sense: Foundational art skills such as drawing, 3D modeling/sculpting, UV unwrapping, and texture baking. Whether it’s designing a poster or tuning a material, you have standards for beauty.

Job Responsibilities
Medical Imaging 3D Modeling & Reconstruction
Create and refine 3D models from medical imaging data.
Polish anatomical models (brain, tumors, blood vessels, functional areas, white matter tracts, etc.), including material refinement and anatomical optimization.
Collaborate with medical experts to ensure anatomical accuracy while enhancing visual expressiveness
Visual Design & Creative Media
Participate in creating promotional materials (posters, videos, visual shorts, etc.)
Design impactful and artistic visuals for medical scenarios.
Establish a consistent art style to elevate the overall aesthetic quality.
3D Animation Design
Create animations in Blender or Unity, such as structural slicing, transparency transitions, and path demonstrations.
Design medically meaningful camera shots, view transitions, and presentation flows.
Work with the Unity development team on model integration and performance optimization
Technical Collaboration
Deliver high-quality, low-polygon models.
Assist developers with shaders, transparency control, and interactive visual feedback.
Optimize model hierarchy and naming conventions to improve system performance and artistic control.
We Hope You Are:
A fast learner (mandatory): Able to commit to mastering basic 3D workflows within one month through self-study and guided support.
Energetic and patient: Enjoy creative discussions, but also capable of focusing deeply on fine details—like refining a single blood vessel model.
Art- and 3D-aware: Familiar with at least one 3D tool such as Blender or Unity, with basic understanding of color, form, and visual design.
Bonus points: Enjoy video editing, or have a natural curiosity about biology or medical structures
Position 2 | XR Unity3D Developer & Designer
If you have a background in 3D, a good sense of aesthetics, and a desire to create work connected to life itself, we warmly welcome you to reach out.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Unity 3D–based VR, MR, and XR content development and product maintenance.
- Quickly and accurately understand product requirements, complete task decomposition, and estimate workload.
- Collaborate closely with art and algorithm team members to support product upgrades and iterative development.
Qualifications
- Familiar with Unity 3D engine architecture design, with relevant project development experience.
- Proficient in C# and object-oriented programming, with strong logical thinking skills.
- Solid understanding of 3D graphics, familiar with the Built-in / URP rendering pipelines, PBR workflow, UV mapping, and shader programming, with knowledge of real-time rendering performance requirements.
- Over one year of experience in the VR or Unity mobile industry, having participated in the development of at least one multi-person collaborative project.
Position 3 | Python Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Based on project requirements, develop and maintain Python modules within the existing system architecture.
- Collaborate with AI algorithm and software teams to integrate image processing algorithms and implement imaging systems with specific functionalities.
- Write code, documentation, and unit tests in accordance with defined workflows, standards, and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least one year of work experience; graduates from 211 or 985 universities preferred; majors in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Computer Vision are preferred.
- Quick learner, passionate about new technologies, familiar with technical forums such as CSDN, GitHub, StackOverflow.
- Proficient in development tools such as PyCharm, Git, and GitLab; familiarity with AI programming tools like Copilot or Cursor is a plus.
- Strong Python development skills, familiar with data structures, classes, modules, decorators, and a basic understanding of multithreading, multiprocessing, or asynchronous programming is preferred; additional knowledge of SQLite3, RESTful APIs, and C++/Qt is a plus.
- Solid object-oriented programming skills, understanding of MVC design patterns, ability to read code, and strong problem-solving skills with timely debugging and analysis.
- Experience with complete system design and medical imaging development is preferred, including but not limited to familiarity with medical imaging formats like DICOM and NIfTI, and experience with VTK/ITK/SimpleITK packages (bonus points).
Position 4 | QT Developer (Medical Imaging)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for software interface design, development, and maintenance according to project requirements.
- Develop Qt applications using VS and Qt Designer, implementing programs based on the MVP architecture.
- Collaborate with AI algorithm and backend teams to integrate image processing algorithms and implement imaging systems with specific functionalities.
- Write code, documentation, and unit tests strictly following established workflows, standards, and specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Vision, or related fields; at least three years of work experience.
- Proficient in code version control tools such as Git and GitLab.
- Strong C++ and Qt skills, primarily using VS-integrated Qt development on Windows; familiar with CMake build processes and Windows kernel mechanisms.
- Familiar with Qt basic widget APIs, styling and texturing, layout management, custom painting, and custom widget development; capable of implementing complex UI interactions in Qt.
- Solid understanding of the MVP design pattern and object-oriented programming, with the ability to read and analyze code, quickly locate and solve problems; candidates with experience in complete system design and medical imaging development are preferred.

- 配合人工智能算法和后端团队,集成基础的图像处理算法,协助实现特定功能的影像处理系统;
- 按规定流程编写代码、撰写文档,并参与单元测试的编写工作。
任职要求
- 计算机科学/生物医学工程/计算机视觉等相关专业本科或硕士在读学生,完成两个月以上的有效工作量(实习水平)
- 熟悉Git、GitLab等代码版本管理工具的使用;
- 具备C/C++基础,了解QT基本机制,能够使用VS、QT等开发工具;
- 了解计算机图形学和医学三维影像基础知识,了解医学图像显示与交互、数据存储、算法集成的基本流程;有3D Slicer、CUDA、VTK、ITK、DCMTK等开源工具使用经验者优先;
- 具备良好的面向对象编程基础,具有分析问题、快速学习、解决问题的能力,有一定项目经验者优先。
